" I needed to board my cats during Hurricane Harvey and when I called they put my mind at ease and were very willing to accept my cats. They took such great care of them. Mary and Meagan were at the front desk when we arrived and made us feel very much at ease. I would highly recommend them! " We took my nabors lil puppy in 5/3/2017. The lil puppy was bleeding out the nose and eye and lifeless. The lil puppy was still breathing but having trouble doing so. Was a dire need situation. Told the girl at the desk we needed help. She went into the other room only to return shortly to tell us the vet was in a meeting!!! Then advised us to take the puppy to Alvarado vet . I told her the puppy would not make it to Alvarado!!!!!! She then said go to the vet behind Jack in the Box. I would NOT recomommend this vet to anyone!!!!! A meeting can wait if you bring your animal in serious need of medical attention. I am still in shock over this. Im truly glad other customers were sitting there to witness this!!! They should think twice about going back. The puppy ended up not making it. Please Please Please if your animal needs emergency treatment stay away from this place. I see that your animal is not this places first priority!!!! Shame on you Cleburne Veterinary Hospital!!!! "

" My dog was given first rate care when boarding at Cleburne Veterinary Hospital. He has also been sick a time or two and has always gotten the complete concern of the doctors and staff; and good medicine. They ran complete blood work and things to figure it out -but I received an acurate estimate and was advised of all possible levels of diagnostic and treatment options.
And I thought the place was very clean and smelled fine !!! "

" I have used Dr. Raper for years and she has a heart as big as Texas. I have several pets and have had to put two down due to a severe illness. She was right there with me and allowed me plenty of time to say goodbye as I cried and cried. They sent me a follow-up cards on both pets and told me how terribly sorry they were for my loss. One of my dogs needed kidney stones removed and we called another vet just to check prices and then a third vet, and Dr. Raper was $400.00 cheaper than the other two. She realizes the value we place in our pets. When my animals are really sick, she always works me in. I have seen her work 18 hour days just to make sure everyone's pet was cared for. As long as she is in business, then she is our veterinarian. I call her the dog whisperer as she always seems to know what is wrong with my pets and how to heal them if possible. Thanks Doc.. "

" Love Love Love this vet!! We will never go to another vet until she retires!! We started at another vet in Cleburne but was referred here by someone we met. My dog needed surgery and the vet we WERE going to wanted between $850 - $1000. She quoted us MUCH lower (something that was do-able for us). His surgery went through without a hitch and her follow up care was great. Her bed side manner with us has been fabulous as well. "
