Here at Desi’s Magic Oven (home bakery), we follow the Cottage Bakery Laws which legally allows us to sell certain home baked goods and treats which do not require refrigeration, with the agreement of having a Food Handler’s Course Certification.
I currently attend The Art Institute of Austin, and will soon be graduating with an Associate's Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts.
I officially opened Desi’s Magic Oven in October of 2013 and it will always be one of the best decisions I have ever made. This is just the first step. God has so many plans for us, he has a vision for us and I believe he will take us to places we couldn't even imagine.
