Dr. Joseph Zadeh is pleased to provide the families of our community with comprehensive, quality medical care in a comforting environment.

Our office assists patients in managing chronic medical concerns such as Diabetes, Hypertension as well as Pain Management, ADD, OCD and Depression.

Our focus is to assess your issue at hand using physical examination and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicatorto extend and teach the accurate understanding of the ethical and practical applications of psychological types which show how our differences in experiencing events and making decisions can be valuable rather than divisive and can be used constructively to promote personal development, manage conflict and to increase your understanding of a personalized treatment plan.

Dr. Zadeh has been practicing medicine in the long term care and acute care setting, hospice and out patient community for 17 years. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the AmericanAssociation of Pain Medicine. Dr.Zadeh is currently the Medical Director for Passport Health.

Dr.Zadeh graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He did his residency at Maricopa MedicalCenter in Phoenix Arizone which is associated with the Mayo Clinic Scottsdale.
