" Very affordable services for your pet. Called around to have my year old boxer neutered and this facility was able to offer the best price. Arrived to drop my pet off and check in was done within 25 minutes. All staff was friendly and very helpful. They did a great job communicating what the plan was for the day and provided instructions for after surgery. Very pleased with the care my pet received here and would recommend to any pet owner. "

" We took my mom's dog in to get her shots and the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming to us and our pet. Great place. Parking is a bit of a mess right now because they have a lot of construction going on, but I would still recommend this place for pricing and feel. "

I'm giving a three star since I respect this organization that attempts to provide quick and affordable care for our animals. I also respect the decision they made to not do surgery on my dog due to his age.
My issue is that this was the only reason I was given as to why they would not operate since they did not have any lab work of which they were not capable doing themselves. If that is the case why wasn't I informed of this when I scheduled his appointment? I had provided his age at that time as well.
Perhaps we could have avoided this whole situation of me driving there and back twice aka use half a tank of gas, my dog being in that stressful environment and the vets wasting their time that could have been spent on another dog.
Additionally I was dismissed when I told them my concern upon retrieving my dog.
My advice if you plan on using Emancipet and you have an older dog make sure to ask if you will need lab work before they will do surgery. "

" We dropped our kitten here to get her spayed/neutered. They accept people on a "first come, first serve" basis. We waited for maybe 10-15 minutes and our kitten was taken in. We were able to pick her up way ahead of the time expected. The staff members are nice. I'd definitely recommend! "

" The people here were outstanding! My dog, an Italian Mastiff, is a huge baby and it took 4 of us to wrestle him down to get his kennel cough vaccination in the nose. They were super cool and very responsive to my dog. It's fairly rare to find a group of friendly people working in a low cost vet center. Highly recommend! "

" I have no complaints about Emancipet. The staff is friendly and professional. The wait is a little longer than your average veterinary clinic, but one pays a lot less for preventative pet healthcare. Kudos to Emancipet for providing affordable services to our community. "

" I went in around 1pm and was placed on the waiting list as expected. I was alerted at 3pm that I was second on the waiting list and should arrive in 30 minutes. I sat and waited outside with my nervous dog for an hour and a half while being ignored by staff. Now I've had a day wasted and my dog is still in need of care. Try another location, or risk wasting a day with incompetent staff. I've never received such terrible customer service, it's insane "

" Awesome service. They now don't require you to wait in line all day. They sign you in and will text you thirty minutes before you'll be seen. We went and had breakfast with our pup and got the text. Came back and they saw us in less than 5 min. Prices are amazing and service as good or better than your expensive vet in your neighborhood. "

" They offer free spay and neuter throughout the week at different locations, but those require you to get in line around 6am. Instead I made an appointment and dropped my kitten off. They were done by 3pm and all was great. "
