" My current car is a 2006 Hyundai Elantra which I have loved so making the decision to buy another Hyundai was easy. My needs have changed as I'm a live in caregiver for my parents who are 85 and 92 and have trouble getting in and out of cars. I went to the dealership and was met immediately by Derron Jones. I explained my needs and he worked with me to find the perfect automobile that I can drive for many years. Making a purchase like this is a very stressful task but Derron made me feel relaxed and confident about my decision. He drove the car to my home and met my parents who were so pleased with the car I would now transport them in and by his amazing genuine personality. I appreciate the experience I had know I went to the right place. "

" I'm very pleased! Negotiated the deal over the phone. Upon arriving, was promptly greeted and escorted to the car. Reviewed all features of the auto, and agreed to the deal. Paperwork was quick, accurate, and I was on my way in a just washed and fully gassed automobile. No haggling over add on warranties etc.. This was the fifth automobile purchased at Frank Kent Hyundai, and will be back in April 2018 for #6! "

" Well I went in thinking I was not going to be able to get a car. I really still couldn't in my name needed my mom's help on that one. But...that did not stop Darren and his finance team in doing everything they can, every little in and out and curve to go through they did to make sure I walked out with a car. My situation is in its own and they didn't turn me down, or away. Darren was great to have as a car salesman. Great attitude even when I doubted it myself. Very friendly, easy going, laid back person to be doing business with. I was in there for almost 5 hours and he made me feel at home when there, so it didn't seem stressful being at a dealership for ever. Lol. Great place to go and ask for Darren. "

" Before you plan to visit this dealership, please do ask yourself what is your criteria or level of tolerance before it gets to point where you feel completely disgusted and do not want to stay in a conversation for another minute? That is the kind of abhorrent behavior that my family and I had to deal with which was just shameful. Please note that there was no rudeness that we experienced at any point but dishonorable act? Definitely yes. We drove close to 40 miles from North Irving to this facility for a certified Hyundai Sonata that we were interested in purchase. The test drive and the conversation went smooth. When came the talks to finalize the car which is at all cash price, we began to negotiate with the same sales person. I am not mentioning the name on purpose as i want this review to be a good reference source for other customers and learning for dealership and not any name bashing or venting of my frustration. I communicated that i would like to negotiate in terms of 'on the road price' of the car so the sales person printed a price sheet with details of the tax, title fees etc. included and we started negotiating in a normal manner based on that price which was around $16,800. I clearly communicated the 'on the road' price that i would like to offer and if met I can plan to take the car home same day (yesterday 8/4/17). There was some counter from the salesman and finally when I increased my offer to $14,500 and communicated this is what i would like to pay, the sales person asked me with such surety i felt in his voice that if he is able to do that price would I be able to pay for the car today and take it home? He turned that price sheet towards me and asked me if I can sign on agreeing to pay 14.5K for the car. I just requested for a moment to call my father (who is currently in a different country and it was around 6 am in the morning for him). Please note when I was speaking to my father the sales person had stepped out to give us a privacy. After, I spoke to my father for probably couple of minutes, i was ready to sign the paper but little did we knew, the salesman steps in and apologizes and then comes the classic bait and switch method. He communicated that he spoke to someone in the dealership (not sure if that was his supervisor) and sorry they could not do that price for us and had three people the next day to see the car etc.and the best they could do is around 16K. This is where i felt so disgusted not because of the 'new' price he suggested as he could have just said in the beginning that they cannot reduce it even by a penny which would have been more honorable but actually the idea of baiting a middle class family and switching your tone on the offer to suggest that you cannot do something that you just offered you could do few moments back. Please note the man wanted me to sign a piece of paper (not official contract but the price sheet mentioned earlier) which goes to say he wanted me to accept on the paper of paying $14,500 and take the car home same day which I did agree to. So to summarize, in my opinion one should avoid dealing with any party/company/people etc. who wants to progress and make profits based on unethical conversations and deals. And recommendation to dealership is please stop using such techniques of giving false suggestions and hopes to families and then turning on your deals around in matter of minutes in order to make few hundred dollars more. If you are not sure about the price or don't have any final say authority to make the deal then you should not ask customers to put their agreement on a piece of paper. I feel this is against American values. Thus, I rather you say it to my face that you cannot reduce a penny then using such disgraceful techniques. "

" Very easy people to deal with. When you contact them ask for Tammy she will work for you. My daughter needed a car so we started shopping. When she decided what she wanted I checked several Hyundai stores to find the best price. I found a better price at another dealer however when I told Tammy I found a better deal she said no worries let me see if I can match that price. She did and now my daughter is driving a new car. Also a big thank you to the F&I department my daughter is young and didn't have a lot of credit but these guys got her done at a fair interest rate. Don't forget to ask for Tammy you will regret it if you don't.

" We bought our 2015 Santa Fe in Florida. We had A/C and acceleration problems and saw that Frank Kent had good reviews. We were concerned because online reviews of the acceleration problem indicated that many dealers could not identify the problem and told the owners they were nuts. This service department did a great job of identifying and correcting both problems under warranty without n argument or hassle. This is the best experience I have had a a new car dealer service department, period. "

" The service team is just ok...I have complimentary oil changes and that's the only reason I come here. Prepare yourself to wait FOREVER for a simple oil change...why can I go anywhere else and wait maybe 45 minutes(usually less), but here it is always pushing 2 hours! CRAZY!!! "

" Best car buying experience at Frank Kent Hyundai! My sales guy (Chad) listened to my needs, and was no pressure. Between him and his manager, they worked to try and get the exact vehicle I wanted, really bending over backwards. We settled on a fair price, I got what I wanted, and the Finance guy was just as professional and easy going. I really have no complaints, and would recommend this dealership for getting your next car! "
