There is something to be said for being respectful to your clients and customers Maybe this post will send that message. " I was traveling to Granbury and did not need a rental car, so I booked a shuttle from DFW airport to the town. My circumstances changed and I now needed a rental car, so I called a week ahead of my trip to cancel the shuttle. They told me that they do not offer refunds, and would only give me a credit. I explained that I would probably never be returning to Granbury again to use the credit. They still would not refund my money. They said this was their policy, but I was never told this when booking. When I booked, they asked for a tip ahead of time. I declined and would not have been refunded that money either. Very shady business practices. "

" Used many times, and had no real major issues until I had to cancel a pickup and book the pickup three days later. they would not refund my $135 (125.00 + 10.00 tip) because it was less than 24 hour notice. This was not relayed to me at the time of the cancellation only when I disputed the double charge. I agree it was not a 24 hour notice but it was least a day and a half notice. That is all that I had to change my plans due to work. They would not work with me at all. Never thought of this company as very professional but we are really limited here in Granbury. "

" Great service. Wonderful and caring owner. I've been doing business with them for 3 plus years. I am one of many regular customers and we all wouldn't think of using anyone else.
Also the ignorant people below are part of a group out to ruin all local businesses. I suggest any owners of any business watch out for these names below. They will have to answer to God one day. "
