" Wifi at this library is ridiculously slow and inconsistent... be prepared to be kicked off every 5 minutes. Also, this library is quiet overall but the A/C system creaks, which can be quite annoying if you're trying to focus. Busy hours are usually from 3-7pm when schools let students out, so try to avoid this place during those hours. "

" The library drop-off technology OR the staff needs change. I had to pay for a CD that I returned. There was no way I could prove my return. I do not know why I was charged a processing fee of $5 on top of the cost of the CD. I reckon that is how the library is funded. So, I have stopped visiting this library. Stephany Dunnan, at the front desk, has been the most unpleasant person I have interacted with. Marianne Follis, the manager at this branch, did not respond to my email regarding this concern. All in all, this place does not deserve to be called a library. "
