" Hello I am currently enjoying my new roof which only took 3 days to repair, let me give a brief explanation of the whole process. I am currently a home owner in McAllen Texas, So I ended up requesting assistance with my insurance process, once the estimator arrived mcallen valley roofing was there as well. They helped me get the most amount for all my damages in my property, they walked every single square inch of my property with the estimator and they helped me understand all my insurance policy in order to ge the most repairs. Once my insurance approved everything, mcallen valley roofing once again was there to do everything for me, they repaired my roof, the cleaned the whole property once they were done, they found the exact garage door I needed for my garage and replaced my garage door, they gave me all the paperwork, all the expenses, all the bills once all the repairs were done and guess what? Their wasn’t no surprises. It was an easy and accurate transaction, no headaches, no doubts, no worries. I wasn’t even at my house when the repairs were made but Israel Villalobos was there to take daily pictures of all the progress and cleaned everything once it was done. I was currently in Hawaii but every time I would call israel he would pick up, every question I had for him he would answer without hesitation and the result was amazing. " Don’t hire this company. Pictures say it all. I have been calling and emailing to redo my roof. No response for their negligence. If they cared about their reputation, fix the roof the first time. I had to get a new home adjuster to check the problem. Well from the report, it said that the roofing was not done correctly and that the roof was not sealed correctly. Interesting that I called and sent emails about it. I put my trust on my investment and this is the respect I get. They are not reputable and don’t advise anyone using them. Use someone else. "
