" Poor customer service never use this place. They don't care about the deceased nor do they care about the family. It's all about getting the customer but not being able to handle the work load properly. I sent an email to the director until now I haven't received an email back. This place needs a caring and devoted staff. This would be a good starting point. "

" Unfortunately my family and I were very dissapointed with the expierence with this company. One of the hardest moments in our lives and it seemed that the employees we interacted with were not sympathetic, acted as if we were bothering them, and just wanted us to pay and leave. Upon arrival at the funeral home nobody was there to greet us and we and another pair of customers waited 10+ minutes for somwbody to be with us before we called to finally have someone come meet us. Originally when we requested our loved ones finger prints they gave us a link where we could buy them on jewelry through a website for a price that was out of our budget after just paying for my mothers cremation and arrangements. A few days after we recieved the link and my head was clear I called the print buisness and found out that we couldve had the set but they had to approve us getting a free set. I called the funeral home back and further asked and they made it seem like this was never asked and of course we can pick up a set of her prints for free instead of paying $100+ for one print on a necklace. When I picked them up there was only four finger prints and the prints seem like they were taken poorly. "

" Terrible service. They are very disorganized. Olinka Gomez has poor work ethic. She doesn’t assume responsibility for her mistakes. She said water would be provided, it wasn’t. Obituary information was given to her on Sunday, she missed the Monday deadline for submission and blamed it on us. They failed to call the escort service when contact names were provided to her on Sunday. On Tuesday we discovered that we had no escorts and they claimed family is in charge of that. The toilets were disgusting. They didn’t flush at all. There was no hand soap in the ladies restroom. Our florist as well as two friends called about funeral arrangements for my brother but were told arrangements were not finalized. A lie. Their office personnel was too lazy to look up information or communicate with the business office. However, Mr. Ayala was very understanding and tried to rectify some of the problems. "

" This funeral place lacks human decency. Leon the director, gave a quote over the phone, stating how he would help and give a set price. After family members go in to pay the price has overly escalated and Leon the director would not show his face even after he was requested to come out and explain why the price had drastically increased. At a time when you are vulnerable, sorrowful and extremely saddened this made the situation worse. How can you operate a funeral home not caring for people? When you lose a loved one it deeply hurts you beyond words...the financial situation can also add overwhelming stress...Memorial Funeral Home has made are already broken hearts feel worse. Liars, disgusting and cowards are the three words to describe our experience. "

" The entire staff at Memorial Funeral Home was extremely helpful and sincere with the loss of my grandfather. We couldn't pay the entire balance at that moment but they were able to work with us on get the rest of the funeral expenses paid. "
