" Wes Taylor handled our claim. He made the roof replacement process very easy for me, as he communicated with my insurance company to provide the required information to keep the process moving along. He also found additional damage that the claims adjuster missed, and we were able to get that damaged covered and repaired as well. Wes & his crew did a great job keeping me informed throughout the process and while the work was actually being done. Lots of pictures showing the damage and the roof replacement in progress. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward. I highly recommend them. They did the same on my primary residence roof replacement due to hail damage. Wes does what he says he is going to do. And he is there while the work is being done also, in case you have any questions while the work is going on. "
