" I purchased 3 Groupon vouchers for tours and failed to notice in "the fine print" that I had to schedule a week in advance to be able to use voucher ! That's kind of important info why not put it somewhere more obvious !!!! When I called they where not willing to work with me . Thankfully Groupon refunded my money and I bought vouchers with the other company in town who gladly allowed me to schedule tours with them since it was Monday and I needed to schedule for Saturday , I would say that's plenty time anyways . So note to myself and others ! Always read the fine print !!! "

" I can't even go on it. As this may be a safety restriction, I am very disappointed to say that I was not able to go on it. I personally went on one in Greece, and they had a smaller segway which I was able to ride. I had an amazing expirience, and now love segways. Ever since I have gotten back from my great expirience in Greece, I have not been able to go on any segways. Please fix this, I really do want to ride a segway again. "

" First let me start by saying that these tours are subject to who you get as a tour guide from the company that leads you around the city. However, any company that services and spends direct time with customers should work hard to define the values and messages they want their employees to represent to the many people that pass through their doors.
On our tour when passing through the downtown area of the route our tour guide made negative comments about the gay and lesbian bars and clubs in the area and the recent city initiatives to show support for the LGBTG local community by painting key crosswalks like other young forward looking cities have done recently.
Given the weekend's event in FL I felt more strongly that I should post a review about my families experience. Letting these subtle comments and negativity towards a group of people sit without saying something just encourages others to nurture and grow these types of beliefs into more extreme thoughts and actions with horrible outcomes. I believe all companies should be clear on their core values and drive those into process and reviews of hiring, on-boarding, review processes and training. No surveys were built into this companies process so that has led me to social media and this and other forums.
I would recommend that this company vet its employees so that they match your corporate values and begin to educate their employees on how damaging hateful comments can be to your business and general impression customers and tourists will take-away about Austin from their time on your tours. It is sad to me to still hear this horrible type of belief system being spewed from the 20-something generation that we all hope would have a better understanding of acceptance and tolerance as Austin grows into what is hopefully a very welcomed mix of cultures, religions, and lifestyles. "

" What can you say about Segway!!! Awesome experience in a great town. A lot of history in Austin and this makes the segway route all the more fun. You get a true sense of what makes Austin great and not to say you are led by enthusiastic tour guides who bring the city to life. Would ride again if in town. "

" This was my first segway tour and we did it New Year's day. The guide and tour were a lot of fun. I would recommend not forgetting gloves and warm socks if its going to be cold! "
