Non-Wedding Cancelation Policy: All sessions require a deposit of $40 a week prior to scheduled appointment. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior will not receive a refund of deposits/fees paid, but may request a reschedule date.

Wedding Cancellation Policy: The Clients may cancel this contract at any time up to 90 days prior and receive a full refund, up to 60 days prior and receive 2/3 of deposit, and 30 days prior and
receive 1/3 of deposit. To do so, Clients must send a written cancellation notice via either email or certified mail.
The Clients hereby forfeit their initial deposit in case of cancellation, and agree to pay the full amount for the services listed above should they cancel this wedding photography contract after
the date 30 days before date.
