" We were looking for a cheap place on a budget. Overall the motel was not bad. Few things needed to be updated. The service was great. Never saw any roaches in the room. The beds are nice and comfortable and I loved the art work above the bed. Don't pay extra for a room with a sleeper sofa if you plan on using it.. I think there was a murder on ours. The pool was nice and fun. We normally don't stay in these types of hotels.. so it was a change for us. For the price, we enjoyed it and would stay there again. Hopefully they will continue to update the rooms. "

" Place very old. Doors would not close properly. Room dirty,bar of soap in bath tub, hair in tub and floor. No coffee pot,bed was hard, furtinute all seemed to almost be falling apart. Only reason I booked was needed to be close to AT&T center but never will again!!!! "

" My girlfriend and myself stayed here for one night. We were in and out pretty quickly. My account ended up getting overdrawn and I couldn't pay my auto insurance. I checking my back account and saw that they charged me an additional $150 with no explanation. I called and talked to candy whom was not only rude but also hung up on me. She said we were charged because the room smelled like smoke and was a no smoking room. We specifically asked for a non smoking room being that we don't smoke. We thought it smelled like smoke on our arrival but didn't want to make a big deal at it. But she just continued to say we smoked in the room when that is false. Don't stay here, they will make up false claims and charge you for them. I see why they were begging me to give them a good review as I was checking out. Thesw guys are desprate and willing to rob you and hang up on you when you try to get it fixed. Don't waste your time. "

" Pros: Price was decent. My room is clean and stocked with toiletries. Close to training facility for my work. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Cons: Complimentary WiFi doesn't extend to my room. The smoking room I was in was very clearly smoking and I needed to switch because of the level of smell. If you want a nice hotel spend the money. "

" HORRIBLE!
Tv only functions if you have the room Freezing, It changes from red to green then goes out.
Housekeeping brought towels this morning 11/19 & they have stains on them, the chair looks as if someone had sex on it, Told the front desk about the tv, they could care less.
Very bad experience.
Only reason I gave it one star is because I couldn't give it a negative 10.
If it weren't for the company putting us up here we'd walk to e BETTER Hotel, not a Notell Motel. "

" Shower had open soap with a hair on it from person before us. Dirty top of television, night stand, hair dryer did not work, broken safe in pieces on the floor, 2x2 hole in sheet rock wall, huge urine or other liquid stain on couch.I spent almost $200 for a Saturday night here because other hotels were full. Told man at check out, he blamed a trucker for safe and a new housekeeper for gross room. Definately do not recommend and will never stay again. "
