We parked in the capitol visitor parking garage. It was large and close by. A good choice. The day we went it was free, so I have not idea what they normally charge. "

" Such a beautiful building with and incredible friendly staff. The guy at the front desk have us tons of information of other historical destinations around the area to visit. The map he handled us was so useful. The lady upstairs on the second floor helped me to dress up my mother to take some cute pictures of her and was so kind to is and the children who were learning about the display. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Austin. "
