I have worked with individuals, couples, and groups in private practice, community mental health, and residential treatment since 2006. I have been trained by Postpartum Support International and volunteer on their warmline, talking with women and families affected by maternal mental health issues. I have been trained by the Gottman Institute to run their Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work and Bringing Baby Home workshops. I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from The Family Institute at Northwestern University. When not working, I love to spend time outdoors with my family.
