AZ Short Sale Experts LLC was founded by two Phoenix based real estate agents , Greg Markov and Randy Kutz, who were looking to grow their business and their reach in an area that they were already specializing in – short sales. It was initially only intended to help their own operation, but in time they chose to open it up to other agents looking to do the same. Over the period of three years, AZ Short Sale Experts have helped close over 300 short sale transactions with dozens of different lenders all over the country. AZ Short Sale Experts is not a licensed entity, but have worked closely with the Arizona Department of Real Estate to make sure that all of their operations conform to the laws and standards of practice expected of licensed agents. Currently AZ Short Sale Experts employs six full time people, each of whom are highly trained and dedicated to professional and ethical transactions for all parties involved.
