East Wake Counseling & Consulting, PLLC was incorporated in 2008 and was under the name of Leigh Ann Fernandez, MA, LPC prior to incorporating since 2005. We serve the behavioral health needs of children, adolescents, adults, and families, with a special focus on trauma recovery and foster and adoptive families. We also treat general concerns such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD. We have specialized training in therapies such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, and attachment focused interventions. We also train in ethically integrating faith into counseling when it is welcomed by our clients.
