Tomiki Aikido is a defensive Japanese martial art focusing on joint manipulation and body throws. The special twist to this, as compared to other martial arts, is an in depth understanding of body mechanics ultimately resulting with gained control over oneself and the attacker.

Getting started there can be a bit of a learning curve, but there's no holding back and any and all secrets are throughly explained with excellent instruction from day one! Expect a relaxed environment, enthusiastic learners, and a depth of understanding that may get you hooked!
