In 2009 Tony Greenberg founded UPVENTURES, a real estate development firm in Manhattan focusing on vertical retail and commercial properties. As President of UPVENTURES, Greenberg is responsible for acquisitions, debt and equity sourcing, deal structure, leasing and risk management. Currently UPVENTURES is developing a 50,000SF property, a 75,000SF property, as well as in pre-development for 2 new real estate projects that will each provide engaging retail experiences for 2 very passionate , yet very different communities.
