" I would consider myself less than novice at biking. Our family decided to take our biking one step further than just riding around the block. Our bikes were in definite need of repair. Needing to walk into a bike shop we felt intimidated and vulnerable. We were expecting an experience nothing short of talking to a car salesman and worrying about being taken advantage of due to our lack of knowledge and experience. We want to write this review because our experience was the complete opposite. Jeff and his staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain things and helped educate us. Jeff showed us the different levels of wear on our bikes so we understood what actually needed to be replaced and what parts still had many miles of use left on them. We appreciated the guidance and assistance of Jeff and his staff. They are in it for the love of biking.They welcomed us with wide open arms into the biking community. We still have lots to learn, this time we won't need to worry about feeling intimidated. We know we are always welcome to stop by for whatever questions we may have. "

" I wasn't sure my poor neglected bicycle had a future before I took it to Sunrise! The people running the shop really know what they're doing and they take the time to explain what they're going to do before servicing your bike. They really care about you enjoying your bicycle and not just making money from you.
When I brought my bike in, Jeff asked me what was wrong and then throughly looked at my bike. Then respectfully explained to me how to use my quick release because it was clear I'd been doing it incorrectly for years! They even noticed my grips were sliding and threw in a free pair to keep me safe :). I

" Paul at the service department is incredible! I bought a couple of rough used children's bikes that I needed to fix up, because I'm on a tight budget. After taking them apart and painting them, I had some trouble reassembling. Paul help me get them fixed up and put together and working like a dream. My boys had the best birthday ever! "

" Love this place. I've moved out of Logan many times in the past few years. Every time I go in they remember me. They are always super fast fixing things in a few hours. And tune ups only in a few days. Best part is they always sell you exactly what you need. They don't over or under sell. They find out what you need and get it for you. Highly recommend. "

" I had Trevor re-build a 29er rear wheel that was messed up. There was a bit of a wait to get the spokes ordered but Jeff was very responsive to my concerns. Trevor had the wheel laced and trued to perfection within hours of the parts coming in. I'm very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Trevor's skills to anyone needing wheel work done. "

I visited Sunrise to buy a new mountain bike and they were able to hook me up with a great bike for my ability level and within my budget. " When I had the pleasure of visiting Sunrise Cyclery (and make no mistake, I'll be back!) what I loved most was the staff members' fantastic attitudes and overt dedication to the support of our local community here in Logan. In our conversation, I also was impressed to learn several ways in which this quaint little shop promotes and sponsors the reuse of tires/intertubes in order to be an environmentally responsible business and share those values locally. When I had a bit of an unusual request, the owner himself came out to offer his personal assistance for nothing but the promise that I would continue to spread good works in my own way for the community and for the environment. " I've been coming here since I moved to Logan. They are walkable from my house, which is ideal for a bike store so that you don't have to drive to drop-off and pick-up your bike, but they also do great work. I've had several tune-ups and flats repaired and they have always been reliable and prompt. They also take good care of their customers!
Recently, I had a problem with some work they had done and brought my bike back in. Jeff immediately accepted fault (on behalf of his team) and was very apologetic about the situation. He also insisted that they fix it at no charge, saying that it was their mistake. Before making a recommendation about how to fix it, he asked me about my biking habits so that my bike would be suitable for my needs. That really impressed me--rather than try to upsell me on something, they just wanted me to be a happy, comfortable biker. :)
This is a great place to take your bike! "
