This home is 2,536 sq. ft. Overall dimensions will be 28' X 50', with a 10' X 20' Sunroom a wrap around deck and a cozy 10' X 14' porch off of the Master Bedroom.

Take a look at this great little log home we are building in Bellingham, MA!! This is the "Champlain" from our Cabin Series of plans. This home is a 1 bedroom home with a loft. It is a nice open plan with the Bedroom on the first floor. The homeowner opted to go with conventional rafters and will finish the interior of the ceiling with tongue and groove pine. Let us know if you would like to take a drive by it or if you are interested in building something like this for yourself.

Update!! These are the final photos of our project we finished in Monson, MA. We completed this two weeks ago and now the customer is in the process of completing the interior finishes. What a great addition of space.

Our Current project in Monson, MA! This is a custom addition to a Real Log Home that was built several years ago. This home actually went through a Tornado a few years ago and had been damaged and completely repaired. Now we are giving the homeowner some added space with the addition of a Master Bedroom, Master Bath, walk in closet and a Mudroom connector.
