Just wanted to say how much my wife and I are loving the AR-1 split queen mattress and adjustable base we purchased from you about 7 months ago. The mattress is unbelievably comfortable! Despite it being the least popular, we are so glad we chose the arrangement recommendation-1 (AR-1). We were a little apprehensive at first because we were ordering it online and unable to try it first. Your videos explaining the various arrangement recommendations were very helpful! It made deciding on the arrangement much easier and gave us more confidence when choosing online.
Based on our body weight, which was below 150lbs for each of us, the AR-1 was a no-brainer since we were leaning towards a softer mattress. I don’t know why the AR-1 is the least popular? It feels so much different from your typical mattress you would purchase at a typical mattress store. It has a unique feel that you just can’t find any where else. Additionally, it’s chemical free organic latex which will last a lifetime.
Lastly, we just wanted to share how much we love the S-Cape adjustable base we purchased with the mattress. We were fortunate to get the classic version. It is quieter than we thought it would be, and we actually use the vibration feature more than we thought we would. The adjustable base was super easy to install and only took about and hour. Thank you for taking the time to educate us on the proper way to build our own mattress and stay healthy! You truly do get what you pay for!

" Found Sleep Essentials when the manufacturer of our mattress refused to honor their warranty. The store we purchased the mattress from admitted that most companies will weasel out of their warranties.
So we ended up visiting SE in Roanoke. Result split king organic latex mattress. No chemicals. Both my wife and I are resting better. Our sleep is more refreshing. I am having less dreams. Sleep is deeper. Are we pleased? YES! Kevin was great. Highly recommended!! "

" I bought a natural mattress from a local company, it cam wrapped in wool and was a bit firm. And even though I've never been allergic to wool, I could not sleep on our new bed and had allergies every time I came in the room. We unwrapped the mattress to find 2 layers of latex under the wool. I called the Sleep Essentials showroom and they were so helpful. I explained our situation and they recommended a soft top layer and new cover. We received it and are so happy! Sleep Essentials basically transformed our new mattress into something comfortable we can now use! It was also surprisingly easy to set up as well. I am very thankful for their quick shipping, helpful videos, and friendly service!! Highly recommend!! "

The mattress was delivered just as described and when I had questions on assembling the mattress Lee personally spent time on the phone and his expert advice was much appreciated. After several months I couldn't be happier with the quality of the latex mattress purchased from Sleep Essentials.
Lee's recommendation for the Leggett & Platt adjustable bed was also perfect for my situation. I highly recommend his company. "
