Woodstock's best kept secret!

Wellington Manor was built in the late 1980's in Woodstock, GA. It is comprised of 127 single family homes. The HOA is comprised entirely of community volunteers (no management companies here!). We are thrilled to host many activities for our community throughout the year including: kids pool parties, adults-only pool parties, Halloween costume contests, chili-cookoffs, a Fall Festival for kids, and a Summer Kid-Lympics.
