" Acqua Plumbing Solves Problems!
I've now had to use Acqua Plumbing for my house twice. Once for preventative maintenence and once for an emergency. Both times they looked at my whole system, figured out what the real problems were, and solved my problems. In my experiences with plumbers, electricians, and HVAC tradespeople it's common to see folks pointing fingers and saying "That's a so-and-so problem, and I don't do that. You'll have to call someone else." Acqua Plumbing has never given me that line. They figured out my problem, did their research, and told me what needed to be done, and then took on doing it. If you need a plumber that actually solves your problem these guys are it.
Work they did:
-Diagnosed my sewer backup and flooded basement, figured out the cause and repaired it. Upgraded my sump pump to handle the additional load if the sewer backs up again to prevent my basement from flooding in the future.
-Diagnosed inconsistent sump pump performance. Sorted out the electrical connections, installed a new pump, ran a new pipe with drainage so I was not pumping rainwater into my sewer line and paying the sewer fees for draining my rainwater runoff. "
