" I called them and reserved a time for a backflow test. I waited for their entire four hour window, but they never showed up. I have since called them 4 times and left 2 messages, trying to reschedule and to find out what happened. They have never answered the phone since (during business hours), or returned my calls. So one of two options must be true: they are no longer in business... or they are really, really awful. Either way, stay away. Apparently they used to be a great business, but they changed management recently. I guess that hasn't worked out. "
