" Really expensive, but you pay for not having to go all the way to Everett for cheaper shops. They don't take proper care of their Hermit Crabs, but the last time I went it was getting better (after a complaint to a manager).
The staff assisting in certain sections are usually unaware of how to care for the animals in their sections. My wife, knowing nothing about fish, is completely lost when talking to someone back there because they tell her they don't really even know and just suggest random things off the shelf to purchase. Need people more inclined to know what they are talking about. "

" I love this place. They have everything we need(ed) for our dogs, fish, ferret, and our Guinea pig (may she rest in peace). The store is stocked with a huge variety of pet foods, especially dog and cat foods, all the aquarium needs, and their fish room and reptile room are not to be missed. Your littles will LOVE those rooms especially. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They allow your dogs inside, and have regular events in the parking lot including training classes and pet adoption events. "

" I love love love this pet store!! My wife and I have two doxies and a corgi-chow mix and we were welcomed with greetings and smiles. The dogs loved their field trip for new toys and harnesses. The reptile and fish sections are better than the zoo! Great selections and reasonable prices. "

I've been wanting a Goliath Bird eater Tarantula. I've heard about Bridges from a Facebook reptile group, decided to contact one of their employees. Within the next day she got back to me and pre-ordered a tarantula for me. No advance payment needed and she said she was able to put it on hold for me, they would also call me when the tarantula is in just to inform me. Literally the next day, got a call, so I decided to visit. I've been to a lot of pet stores because animals are my passion but no one has impressed me like this. It's like a miniature organized zoo. Reptile section, aquatics, food, diff. pets, what more can you ask for? I'd like to say i'm excited to bring family members to this place just for them to be in awe. Great experience and great store! A must visit in the Seattle/Washington area. Lastly, they have a VERY fair policy on their pets and even their pet supplies. Give them visit and you won't be disappointed! "
