All I had asked him to do was to climb up to the attic and see if there was a leak in a specific spot that I had identified ahead of time. This should have taken a total of... say 5 to 7 minutes maximum (and that is counting time to get ladder from his truck to the attic access point). In the end, he claimed that he spent an hour looking around and demanded the $99 payment. Thankfully, it appears that there was no leak. However, it really seemed he was just out to take advantage of the situation -- Not a good way to secure future customers. "

" Excellent service. fair price. Called them on a Sunday evening after a pipe burst in our garage. Unlike others, they didn't charge an "emergency fee", showed up within an hour, fixed the issue quickly.
Honest guys. Planning on hiring them again to do more work. "
