" This company was contacted to clean out/repair a septic system for my parents home that was on the market. All bills for this work were supposed to be submitted before the property closed since money had been set aside in escrow for this sole purpose. This company did not submit any type of bill or invoice for 2 1/2 months after closing. Not sure how a business can keep running when their billing department is so delayed. "

" I called Express after another company never bothered to show up, and I'm glad I did. They were able to service my system the next morning. I had two tanks to have serviced and they were difficult to get to, they were able to get the job done quickly. Some damage was discovered to one tank, and instead of writing the tank off, which would have cost me thousands, the tech took one look and said he thought he could fix it, and did. I would highly recommend Express, especially if you have an older or harder to access system. "
