Fitness With Friends is a small workout facility with all the comforts of Small Town! As a 'Fit Friend' you have access to the facility 24/7 with a key-code entry, and can come in and use the equipment any time that fits your schedule! All classes excluding Pilates are included in your membership, but you are also welcome to come in on your own and utilize the wide range of cardio and strength training equipment provided. We have a treadmill, rowing machine, stationary bike, elliptical trainer for your cardio needs as well as your old-school tools as well (jump ropes, etc). There is a double-stack weight machine as well as T-Grip Bars with weights, dumbbells, Kettlebells, pull-up bar, battle ropes, punching bag, exercise balls and mats and so much more!!! First workout is ALWAYS FREE, so come on down and give us a try! We will meet you with a SMILE and a friendly Small Town HELLO!
