" Great cafe with something for everyone. In the morning it's a great place to grab some Stumptown coffee. In the evening to grab a pint of local beer and hear some live music. The only complaint I have is that this place is no secret, so it can be hard to find a seat at certain times of day. **Insider local tip, they give away their spent coffee grounds outside the front door, and it makes a great garden mulch. "

" This is one of the cooler coffee shops in Seattle. The coffee is good and the pastries decent. Beer on tap. Decent selection of wine (for a coffee shop). Good sandwiches.
What makes this place unique, though, is that they play all of the Seattle Mariners and Seahawks games on several TVs. As it's close to UW, they also play all the Husky football games and some of the basketball games. Lots of comfortable seating as well. I love this coffee shop. "
