" I had an absolutely terrible experience with this dry cleaner. They shrunk a one-year old suit which I did not discover until I arrived at an out of state wedding. I've had this suit dry cleaned two other times in Seattle with no problems. After I brought this issue to the attention of the owner, she insisted that they didn't shrink the suit, and I was at fault for buying a suit that didn't fit. I even tried it on in front of her and the pants were up to my calves. After I assured her I didn't buy the suit this way, she still insisted she didn't shrink it. I was very disappointed with her lack of professionalism and will not return. They made zero effort to resolve this issue. They are the only dry cleaner on South Whidbey so apparently they don't feel the need to provide decent customer service. Use this place at your own risk!!! "
