" Jason and Chris did a great job installing a tankless gas water heater for me. Both were very knowledgeable and answered my questions concerning maintenance and equipment specifications. The new system works great and the water lines, intakes, and masonry work was all neatly done.
There was also a glue spill, but they were quick to make it right, even if the nature of the glue means there will be a permanent minor stain. The price was on the higher said but again they did a great job. Overall I would recommend them and use them again. "

" We had Jason from Gene Johnson out to our new (1978) home to evaluate our HVAC system and give us an estimate for running gas lines. During the initial consultation Jason was very informative and recommended a variety of options for heating based on efficiency and cost. Then he came out a second time to measure the house and inspect all venting to confirm the estimate before we signed anything. Throughout the process he was personable, informative, and responsive to email, calls, and text. The work took slightly longer than the estimated 3 days, and Jason even came out on the morning of Thanksgiving to make sure our heat was turned on. We felt comfortable leaving Jason and his team alone in our house while they worked and upon completion everything was cleaned and organized. We would highly recommend them to our friends and we will definitely call Gene Johnson for our future needs. "

" Very professional, friendly and a high level of communication. I'm sure they aren't the cheapest around but I definitely got what I paid for as far as value throughout the entire process. We had them re-pipe our 1926 house and when things came up, they communicated issues and proposed solutions all in the budget originally set. Rodrick and Hugo were prompt and very great to work with. Gene Johnson Plumbing will be our plumbers for life. "

" Heat pump air circulation fan stop working. Aaron arrived within the appointment window time, isolated to the motor, ordered part/got it/and replaced it. System was working before he left and he cleaned the fan housing and the work area before leaving. Left recommendation on things to do. Good work by a happy worker. "

The pricing was very competitive and Jason came the day after he provided his quote to perform the work required. The jobs were completed that day. A few days later through our own fault, we lost the pilot light in our hot water heater and we were unable to restart it on our own. After working all day from early morning on a Saturday he came by and relit the pilot light for us no charge.
