" I couldn't tell you about the food but this has to be the worst place for a drink in Seattle.. we ordered a old fashion.. not a hard drink to make.. I can say it wasn't only the worst old fashion I've ever had but maybe one of the worst drinks I have ever had. On top of that the service was brutal, not that I would have wanoted another drink but two people in our group had beer and sat with empty beets for almost 20 min..
Seattle has great places to drink and eat.. don't ever waste your time or money here... "

" Hard Rock Cafe Seattle is a great place to meet and have a bite to eat. The staff is super helpful and nice. The rock shop is a great place to buy your pins and apparel. Live music on the weekends. Always a great time! "

" Went there on a Sunday afternoon after work to try it out. Sat in the bar got a beer bartender asking if I want a menu. I said ordered a classic nachos . When it was first serve I knew something is wrong. I took a bite and it wasn't appetizing. The plate presentation was not good. . The nachos and the rest was dry tasting. I didn't even went half of the plate. I asked for my check and paid. Bartender how was it? I said dry tasting. I won't come back here and the price is expensive knowing pike is a tourist trap "

" Staff was helpful and friendly, food was great tasting and fresh. I am partially disabled and they saw to all my nerds will a smile. They called a taxi for me over and over until they arrived. Great service even after we left. Job well done!! "

" Relaxed and friendly and fun. Rae is great! She recommended fried cheese curds. I wasn't sure but gave it a try. Super Yummy! Happy hour drjnk prices very reasonable. Bartenders know when to be chatty and when to leave you alone. "

" Well that was a waste of time. Came in for a drink and relax before meeting a friend. Left 20 minutes later due to horrible service. Well, no, I guess I can't say horrible service. They weren't rude, they didn't mess up my order. They also didn't come anywhere near my table. No glasses of water. No menus. Not even "I'll be with you folks in a minute ". My first and last experience with a Hard Rock Cafe. "

" Arrived arround 1030 pm for a new years drink/food and entertainment. To get to the DJ they wanted $25 per person just to get in. Should have been more reasonable or even free for the new years. We waited at least 10 minutes for service at our table. It was not busy then. I had to ask an employee for a waiter. They arrived about 10 minutes later. As far as the Hard Rock cafe itself; I was not very impressed. I have been to Hard Rock London, Paris, San Francisco and San Diego; all of which put the Seattle cafe to shame as far as atmosphere and service. One good point however; one friendly employee took interest with our experience there. He was professional and was the exception to the rule for the cafe employees there in Seattle. Cafe needs overall improvement. Also I noticed many patrons leaving early, and they did not look pleased with their experience at all. "
