" Horrible customer service in this store. As a general contractor I'm almost daily coming here for random things. If something you need is not on a shelf where you can take it and go then forget it. My average wait time for something to be brought down from high shelf or outside storage is 1hr. And that is if you keep reminding them every 20 minutes that your still there waiting. I'm not sure why homddepot doesn't hire more staff. I just wish there was a Lowe's closer to here or at least a change in management. Very poorly run store. Always lots of empty shelves with inventory stored out of reach "
