" This is sad because I used to love Home Depot the store but after working with Home Depot Exteriors for a siding job, sadly I can not justify ever shopping there again. I'd hate to say it but they do not care for the customer, I'm having an absolute nightmare working with them. They know there's not much you can do. I cannot say how their workmanship is like as they have not done the job yet. They have cancelled on me 4 times now, usually they either just call the day before and say you've been rescheduled with no explanation or they just don't show up. It is also impossible to contact anyone on the work team, I literally have to call at least 10 times, write several emails, and contact regional management to get a reply back from the work team usually over a week after they decide not to show up. Worst of it is they just dropped off the material in my front yard and it's been sitting there for a month now. So if you have any sort of lawn it will die. I've filed numerous complaints that are supposed to be addressed within 48 hours, but I haven't heard back from any of them yet.
I could go on and on about how poorly they've treated me but that would be too long. I just hope to get the word out to read other reviews on Home Depot Exteriors before using them. I only wish I had believed in the awful reviews prior to using them. "
