JLI Teens of Greater Seattle

The Friendship Circle’s JLI Teens program will help teens discover a different way of navigating life’s touch decisions - by changing direction and thinking “outward.”

These teens will become familiar with Jewish law as it pertains to aspects of modern life by confronting modern day scenarios through video presentations, examination of current events, and case studies. In addition, students will be challenged to review their role in society and inspired to fulfill the mission of Tikkun Olam, partnering with G-d to make a positive impact on the world.

Through the course of this series, teens will develop crucial critical thinking, text analysis, and leadership skills, and will learn how to navigate modern day dilemmas.

The Friendship Circle’s JLI Teens program will consist of a six week interactive educational series, offered twice per year. Each series will follow a textbook-based curriculum, specifically designed to engage teenagers.
