" We called Jake the Plumber and explained that our kitchen sink is clogged, the faucet is also broken - so I bought a replacement. The install is just swapping the faucet and unclogging a kitchen sink. We were told they would check to see if they could fit us in tomorrow. After they called me back I was informed the soonest he could come would be two weeks. How could it possibly take two weeks to get a quick fix? The truth is it doesn't. I have no idea if the secretary is not communicating with "Jake" and making this up, or if Jake simply doesn't want new business. Either way, it's a horrible way to treat a neighbor in need. "
