" John helped us find and purchase our new house in 2011. We had been looking for over a year, and during that time, John was very patient and persistent in finding new homes for us to look at. We looked at a lot of homes…
All through the ins-and-outs of financing, John did a great job providing advice and information. When we finally found a house that we were interested in making an offer for, he was very good at communicating with the other agent, and the finance team. At first the purchase appeared to be pretty straight forward, but after the inspection, a major issue with the home became apparent. We had to negotiate a very expensive repair with the sellers. John did a great job helping to sift through estimates, meeting contractors, and troubleshooting throughout the process. The negotiation went well, and In the end, the repairs were made to our satisfaction. The purchase went off without any further hitches.
