We are funded by the Beef Checkoff, representing the nearly 38,000 beef farmers in Kentucky. Beef Council programs focus on promotion, research and education. The checkoff utilizes Proactive public relations and advertising to educate consumers on a variety of beef topics from pasture to plate.
