" Worse customer service ever! Made a special trip to the store to order an online item without having to pay shipping. Their Kiosk are HORRIBLE! For every letter or number, it takes 3-4 tries to get the machine to accept it. That is a lot of button pushing. Finally after all of the fighting with the machine to take my information, it would not recognize my gift cards. I ask for help from the girl at a nearby register. She came to help but then returned to her register to check someone out. She called for help over the loud speaker but help NEVER showed up! VERY, VERY frustrating experience. Came home and ordered the same product from JC Penneys! "

" Went into Kohls late last night to get my new wedding ring that was on a great deal. We had the pleasure to have Dianne helping us out & she was fantastic! Even saved us another 20% off of the 65% we were already saving! Couldn't be more pleased with the ring, as well as the service! "

" My mother is on oxygen and is a cancer patient everyone that works at Kohl's is so helpful to my mother when she comes there gets a cart for her help so do her shopping checks the prices for her and gets her the best price for the items that she is purchasing shout out to all the Kohl's employees they are so kind to my mother thank you very much "

" All around terrible experience. My wife and I had stopped by in the afternoon on Black Friday, looking for a few specific items for Christmas gifts. After receiving no offers for assistance but still finding a few items close to what we were looking for, we made our way to the side entrance's line to the registers and started our wait. It was fairly long, which was to be expected for the day and amount of people. While waiting, my wife pulled out her phone to sign onto the WiFi and get a coupon ready for doing so (at this point we had waited about 20 minutes and were halfway through the line). Then a few things happened - I noticed the cashiers that were on the tills were disorganized and had absolutely no essence of urgency (with no manager or lead around to direct flow or assist), and my wife tried to click a link on her phone from an e-mail ad to a firearms company, which was then BLOCKED by Kohl's WiFi (logo, message, and all), stating that this was not acceptable and involved a big scary subject involving weapons. We couldn't believe it. We immediately set our would-be purchases down and left. All in all very disappointed, and will never be shopping at a Kohl's again. "

" This is a big and clean store. Easy to get to and right next to Fred Meyer. They usually have some good deals and pretty good fashion. "
