The technician, Curtis, was professional (putting on booties before entering our home and wearing his face covering in our home during the whole process) quick and fixed the drain in no time. The service came with a warranty and I would recommend Mr. Rootersto anyone who has a plumbing problem that is beyond their own skills to fix. "
