" I purchased a Northwest queen size wall bed in Sep of 2016. I did a lot of research before making this purchase. Their reviews were stellar and after I contacted them, the service from quote to installation was excellent. My biggest concern was what I had read on line about wall beds falling off the wall, UGH. But, now I have had this wall bed for 7 years and have had absolutely no issues. I can’t get over how light it is to lower and raise. And I was able to order a thick mattress that everyone raves is comfortable. Very happy with my purchase and recommend it to anyone who asks about a wall bed. "
