" The vet is really kind and great with animals. That is the only reason why I gave them a 3 star. If not for how kind the vet is I would give it a 1 star since 0 stars is not possible. I have been in many times I'm the past for my pets and every single time without fail the receptionist has been extremely rude and snarky. Absolutely ridiculous! There was no reason for the attitude ever! Especially when I am dealing with the death of my pet in a tramatic way who had severe lung problems and her comment is that people should not have pets if they can't afford medication for them. After that I had had enough! I will never go there again. I have switch vets and now go to an amazing vet on the other side of town. "

" They take great care of my 4 dogs. This is the only vet they have ever known. My dogs are not scared of going to the vet, or having to be left there on occasion. Their prices are not super expensive compared to other vets. "

" Dr. Rosie is so great with my fur babies. He is able to get them in real quick if it is an emergency and always gives solid advice. "

" Their communication is the worst. You have to do everything over the phone because they don't use the internet much I guess. Getting someone to answer to make an appointment or get answers is like winning the lottery. You can put to leave a message, but I am still waiting for my first one to be returned. They're good vets, but making some cringe to call in makes me loath this place. "

" Went to Stanwood vet and vaccination clinic first because they used to be a Walk in clinic. The lady was so extremely cold and rude to me i almost cried. So I went to northwest veterinary clinic. As soon as I walked in they were welcoming and helpful. They did not have any openings to see my kitty, but got me an app at there other location right away. Thank you so so so much. "

" I've lived all over the US and taken my pets to many clinics. This is the best care ever for my dogs and cats. They always explain symptoms, treatments and health maintenance options. My pets like them all - as much as animals can like anyone at a veterinary clinic! No pet anxiety when we take them there. "
