" Very unhappy that there is no longer a way to get by bus from the waterfront or First Ave. to where the buses are on Third Ave. Some of us have trouble walking up the hill. I realize construction is ongoing for the CCC, but why can't a bus go up one of the side streets? The CCC won't be ready until 2020--that is a very long time to wait for those of us who have trouble with hills and can't afford to use Uber or Lyft every day. Not everyone who lives and works in Seattle makes 6 figures. "

" I have been trying to contact SDOT for about a month regarding parking permits. I'm wondering if they're perhaps short staffed in their customer service department? They have not answered or returned phone calls or emails. I'm planing to go in person to hopefully have my questions answered. "

" can't get anyone to return my phone calls. They allow construction to block access to my business on a regular basis and never respond to complaints. Do these people have permits? I can't find out! What exactly is SDOT supposed to be doing as I have found them extremely unhelpful. I wish I could give them a minus 2 stars. SDOT SUCKS!!!!! "
