He drove aggressively so I couldn't pass him, then when there was a break in traffic, he proceeded to drive on top of the white lines so he was in both lanes. When I finally got by, he flipped me off. If you're going to drive a van with a company's name and logo all over it, you might want to reconsider your hand gestures. Jerk. "

" The plumber was quick and clearly an expert. Spent 20 minutes as I had the correct supplies. BTW Home Depot plumber helped get the correct plumbing parts Lowes sold me the WRONG parts. Since I paid for the hour, Silverdale plumber then assisted at explaining my old hot water heater should be replaced soon and listed the correct parts I would need to get it to code. Sure enough the Hot water heater died a week later. I should have listened to him at the time. I would use again in the future. "

" WARNING! DISHONEST COMPANY!
I took half a day off of work to meet with a plumber from this company. Plumber showed up two hours late, then stood in my bathroom "guessing" at what the problem could be. He offered to start replacing stuff at random until the problem was fixed over a span of MULTIPLE VISITS, all at my expense of course. I told him I would rather we just identify the problem, and I had to repeat my description of the problem to him several times over the span of about twenty minutes time. He wouldn't even be bothered to investigate the leak from where it was visible through the wall in the basement. I told him I would contact him later if I wanted his business, and politely asked him to leave. A couple weeks later, I received a bill for $119 dollars for a diagnosis and an hour's work!! I am livid! This business is running an ABHORRENT RACKET! I picked these people at random in the yellow pages and now I am paying for it :( "
