" Stephanie is the owner and my personal trainer she has helped me out in so many ways. I’m doing the 12 week challenge and in one month I lost ten lbs. I haven’t felt this strong since before I had my kids. She checks in with me and helps me stay consistent. I am happy I finally found a gym that fits me and it’s fun and very therapeutic being there. I did the cold plunge tank and it was the most liberating experience and truly helped a lot. So thankful for the triad wellness family for making a gym be more than just a work out. I can’t wait to see more results. Thanks to Stephanie for always showing up to work out with me and teach me the correct form. It changed my life. For that I am grateful "
