" The house we have lived in for the past 1.5 years needs a little TLC, but it is a rental property and I don't expect perfection from long term rental houses. Any time that we have had major problems with the Heat/AC, the maintenance crew was there within a day or two to repair the issue. We had repeated issues with the blower motor on the HVAC system and they just replaced the motor. Also, the water heater started leaking profusely and they quickly came to replace the whole thing with a brand new water heater. Overall we have enjoyed the home and have had no problems dealing with Guglielmo, and the ladies that work in the office are awesome and very kind. In my experience if you pay rent on time, are kind and respectful with rental management companies and do your part to take care of their home, they will treat you well. Guglielmo is no exception -- you get what you give. "

" They do not take care of this property. The sidewalks are falling apart. No down spouts on the gutters. Garbage behind the property. One renter in the back has a rag for a window. Plenty of code violations. "
