Horner Clock Services was founded in 1993 by James Horner, a professional clockmaker since 1987. He attended Bowman's Technical College in Lancaster, PA to study horology.
HCS also repairs modern clocks. We fabricate custom timepieces for our clients, including the music box/clock in our profile picture.
