I am Comprehensively Certified with Balanced Body. I have six years of experience teaching Pilates and 20+ years of teaching dance. I am constantly working to be an exceptional teacher and continue learning. I have been working with many students over 60 and enjoy helping them to gain mobility, strength and balance.
