" Because I do not live in WV, I called them to order two arrangements from the FTD website. They didn't have exactly what I saw, but said they would do something comparable. Actually, what my family members got was much more beautifully arranged with breathtaking flowers. Much nicer than "comparable." In fact, one of my family members texted me pictures of both arrangements, and I could not believe how beautiful they were.
Penny was such a sweet lady who worked with me to select the arrangements, as well as the beautiful vases.
It appears they are working hard to make a much better impression vs. the unhappy google user from 6 years ago. "
